CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel before 48 hours, no penalty. Cancel AFTER 48 hours a 50% charge will be placed on your card on file. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGE 100% OF SERVICE. 

CONSULTATION POLICY: 100% of consultation fee will go towards appointments. If no appointment made at the end of consultation, fee is NONREFUNDABLE.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: for 100% Refunds no longer than 30 days on product ONLY and MUST NOT be open, if opened only a 40% refund will be issued.

REDO POLICY: For any unhappy color guests I offer a two week rule. If you're unhappy with your hair within the first two weeks we've colored it, I will gladly have you come in to fix your color. If I am not able to achieve what you're looking for with ONE redo know that I can offer you a 50% refund so I can cover the cost of products used and then I can refer you to a friend who might have the niche you're looking for.
